Job Description

Schneider Electric is looking for an experienced individual to join our team as Quality Inspector and Manufacturing Quality Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all products comply with quality standards, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will use your knowledge of manufacturing processes and production techniques to develop and implement quality control processes and procedures. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role in a manufacturing environment. You must be knowledgeable in quality assurance practices and techniques, and possess strong problem solving and communication skills. You must also have a good understanding of the production process, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who is able to take initiative and drive continuous improvement in our quality assurance processes. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and monitor quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure products comply with quality standards.
  2. Use knowledge of manufacturing processes and production techniques to develop and implement quality control processes.
  3. Perform quality inspections to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Identify and resolve quality issues, and suggest corrective actions.
  5. Develop and maintain quality documentation.
  6. Monitor and review performance of vendors to ensure their compliance with quality standards.
  7. Maintain and update records of quality assurance activities.
  8. Provide training to production staff on quality assurance processes and procedures.
  9. Monitor and improve safety standards in the manufacturing environment.
  10. Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
