  1. Conduct thorough and accurate testing of products to identify any defects or issues.
  2. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in testing.
  3. Work closely with the product development team to understand design specifications and provide feedback on potential quality issues.
  4. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or defects found during testing, and work with appropriate teams to resolve them.
  5. Keep detailed records of all testing procedures and results, and provide regular reports to management.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the entire production process.
  7. Stay updated on industry best practices and quality standards to continuously improve our processes.
  8. Provide input and suggestions for product improvements and enhancements based on testing results.
  9. Monitor and track product performance and customer feedback to make recommendations for future improvements.
  10. Train and mentor new team members on quality assurance procedures and standards.
  11. Support and participate in audits and inspections to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
  12. Continuously strive to maintain and improve the overall quality of our products and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Technical Field Such As Engineering, Computer Science, Or Information Technology.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Quality Assurance Or Testing In A Manufacturing Or Software Development Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Control Principles And Methodologies, Including Iso Standards And Six Sigma.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Issues In Complex Systems.

  • Proficient In Using Quality Testing Tools And Software, Such As Jira, Selenium, Or Hp Alm.
