Conduct thorough inspections of products and processes to ensure they meet quality standards set by the company.
Identify and document any defects or issues found during inspections and communicate them to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Utilize measurement tools and techniques to accurately assess product quality.
Maintain and update quality control records and documentation.
Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Participate in quality audits and assist in the implementation of audit recommendations.
Provide support and guidance to production teams to ensure quality standards are met.
Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees on quality control procedures.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to product quality.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any quality issues or concerns.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing job duties.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge Of Quality Control Processes: A Quality Associate - Inspector Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Quality Control Processes, Including Inspection Techniques, Defect Identification, And Root Cause Analysis.
Attention To Detail: The Ability To Pay Close Attention To Detail Is Crucial For A Quality Associate - Inspector. They Must Be Able To Identify Even The Smallest Defects And Ensure That All Products Meet Quality Standards.
