  1. Conduct thorough inspections and audits of products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  2. Use precision measuring tools and equipment to accurately assess product quality.
  3. Record and document all inspection findings and report any discrepancies to the Quality Manager.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to identify and troubleshoot any quality issues.
  5. Follow established quality control procedures and guidelines to maintain consistency and accuracy in inspections.
  6. Communicate effectively with production teams to address any quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure equipment is functioning properly and products are handled with care.
  8. Continuously monitor and evaluate product quality through routine inspections and provide feedback to improve processes.
  9. Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on quality standards and procedures.
  10. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  11. Identify and report any potential hazards or safety concerns to the Quality Manager.
  12. Assist in the implementation of new quality control processes and procedures to improve overall product quality.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company and its commitment to quality.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Prioritize and manage workload to meet production and quality goals.
  16. Actively participate in team meetings and provide valuable insights and suggestions to improve quality processes.
  17. Keep accurate records and documentation of all inspection activities.
  18. Comply with all relevant regulations and standards to ensure product compliance.
  19. Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in quality control processes.
  20. Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Quality Control Processes: A Quality Associate I - Inspectors Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Quality Control Processes, Including Inspection Techniques, Sampling Methods, And Statistical Analysis.

  • Attention To Detail: Inspectors Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Identify Even The Smallest Defects Or Discrepancies In Products. This Requires Strong Observation Skills And The Ability To Follow Specific Inspection Procedures.

  • Experience With Inspection Tools: A Quality Associate I - Inspectors Should Be Familiar With Different Inspection Tools And Equipment Such As Calipers, Micrometers, Gauges, And Other Measuring Devices. They Should Also Have Experience Using Computer Software To Record And Analyze Inspection Data.

  • Quality Management Systems Knowledge: Familiarity With Quality Management Systems Such As Iso 9001, Six Sigma, Or Lean Manufacturing Is Essential For This Role. This Knowledge Will Help The Associate Understand The Importance Of Quality Control And The Role It Plays In Overall Business Operations.

  • Communication And Teamwork Skills: A Quality Associate I - Inspectors Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Work Effectively As Part Of A Team. They Must Be Able To Clearly Communicate Any Quality Issues Or Concerns To Supervisors And Work Collaboratively With Other Team Members To Resolve Them.
