Lead and manage all aspects of project operations for Schneider Electric, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, constantly monitoring and adjusting as needed to ensure successful project execution.
Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues, and proactively addressing any concerns or challenges.
Mentor and guide project team members, providing direction and support to ensure their success and growth within the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination across departments and functions.
Implement best practices and processes to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any potential roadblocks to project success.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations throughout all project operations.
Continuously monitor project performance and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and bring innovative ideas to enhance project operations and drive operational excellence.
Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project team and across the organization.
Represent Schneider Electric in a professional manner, promoting the company's values and culture both internally and externally.
Act as a point of escalation for project-related issues, providing timely and effective resolution.
Drive a customer-centric approach to project delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with clients.
Contribute to the strategic planning and growth of the organization by providing insights and recommendations based on project operations data and trends.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Similar Role.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies, Tools, And Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients, Stakeholders, And Team Members.
