4. Manage team resources, including personnel, budget, and other resources.
5. Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
6. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
7. Conduct regular meetings with the team to review progress and address any issues.
8. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful completion of projects.
9. Analyze project data and findings to identify areas for improvement.
10. Assist in the development of energy efficiency initiatives.
