Job Description

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Development Manager II - Federal ESPC to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your leadership and project development skills while working on a wide variety of projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of the federal energy savings performance contract (ESPC) process and have experience managing complex projects.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about energy efficiency and sustainability, as well as a proven track record of success in delivering projects on time, within budget and with excellent customer satisfaction. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and able to multitask, and be able to work well in a team environment.The Project Development Manager II - Federal ESPC will be responsible for developing and executing projects in the federal ESPC space. This role will be based in our headquarters in Raleigh, NC and will require periodic travel to other offices or customer sites.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field• 8+ years of project management experience, including at least 5 years of experience managing federal ESPC projects• Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)• Familiarity with energy efficiency and sustainability best practices• PMP certification is a plus
