  1. Lead the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition targets based on Schneider Electric's business objectives and growth strategy.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of potential targets' financials, operations, and market position to determine their fit with Schneider Electric's goals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute detailed integration plans for successful acquisitions.
  4. Manage the due diligence process, including coordinating with external partners and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and assess potential risks.
  5. Develop and present comprehensive business cases and recommendations for potential acquisitions to senior leadership.
  6. Negotiate and structure deals that align with Schneider Electric's financial and strategic objectives.
  7. Oversee the integration process, ensuring smooth and efficient transition of acquired companies into the Schneider Electric organization.
  8. Monitor and report on the performance of acquired companies post-integration, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
  9. Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential opportunities for strategic partnerships or divestitures.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on M&A best practices and provide guidance and support to other team members involved in the process.

  • Strong Understanding Of M&A Strategy And Experience In Managing Complex M&A Projects: The Program Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions Strategy Must Have A Deep Understanding Of M&A Strategy, Including Due Diligence, Integration Planning, And Execution. They Should Also Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple M&A Projects With Different Complexities.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills: This Role Requires A High Level Of Project Management Skills, Including Planning, Organizing, And Managing Resources To Ensure The Successful Delivery Of M&A Projects. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Large-Scale Projects And Be Able To Effectively Handle Multiple Projects At Once.

  • Financial Acumen: The Program Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions Strategy Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Financial Analysis And Be Able To Evaluate Potential M&A Opportunities And Their Impact On The Company's Financials. They Should Also Be Able To Develop Financial Models To Support Decision-Making And Communicate Financial Information To Key Stakeholders.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Involves Working With Multiple Stakeholders, Including Senior Executives, Business Leaders, And External Advisors. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With These Stakeholders.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: M&A Deals Can Be Complex And Require A Strategic Approach To Ensure Success. The Program Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions Strategy Must Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify Potential Risks And Develop Solutions To Mitigate Them.
