  1. Develop and implement strategies for promoting ethical and responsible AI practices within the organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize AI algorithms and models in accordance with ethical principles and industry best practices.
  3. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with ethical and responsible AI standards.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and research in AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
  5. Provide guidance and training to team members and stakeholders on ethical and responsible AI principles.
  6. Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on ethical and responsible AI practices, both internally and externally.
  8. Represent the organization in industry events and forums related to AI ethics and responsible AI.
  9. Collaborate with external partners and organizations to advance ethical and responsible AI practices.
  10. Monitor and report on the impact of AI initiatives on sustainability and equity goals.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes and practices to ensure alignment with ethical and responsible AI principles.
  12. Act as a liaison between the organization and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to AI ethics.
  13. Lead and mentor a team of responsible AI practitioners to drive organizational goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Artificial Intelligence (Ai) Technologies And Their Applications, Including Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, And Computer Vision.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Ai Strategies And Frameworks, With A Focus On Responsible And Ethical Ai Principles.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Successfully Drive Ai Initiatives From Ideation To Implementation.

  • Extensive Experience In Data Governance And Management, With A Deep Understanding Of Data Privacy And Security Regulations And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Ai Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
