They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Strong Technical Background: A Principal Project Design Leader Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Project Design Principles And Methodologies. They Should Possess A Strong Technical Background In Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, Or Related Fields. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Guide And Mentor The Project Design Team.
