As the leader of our Utilities division, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems for various utility projects. Design and develop electrical systems for utility projects based on project requirements and industry standards.
Lead and manage a team of engineers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and implement innovative solutions for utility systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other components.
Perform detailed calculations and simulations to ensure the safety, reliability, and efficiency of electrical systems.
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and timelines to ensure project deliverables are met.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing technical expertise and addressing any concerns or questions.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in technology to continuously improve and optimize electrical designs.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress and quality of electrical installations and provide technical support if needed.
Mentor and train junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field of utilities.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Utilities Industry, With A Focus On Electrical Engineering
Professional Engineer (Pe) License Preferred
Strong Understanding Of Electrical Power Systems And Substation Design
Demonstrated Experience In Project Management, Including Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Budgets.
