  1. Assemble Programmable Control Systems (PCS) according to specifications and quality standards set by the company.
  2. Inspect and test assembled PCS to ensure they meet quality standards and functionality requirements.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in the assembly process.
  4. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
  7. Keep accurate records of production and quality control measures.
  8. Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors or team leads in a timely manner.
  9. Continuously update knowledge and skills related to PCS assembly and technologies.
  10. Follow all company policies and procedures related to production, quality, and safety.
  11. Meet production targets and deadlines set by the company.
  12. Assist in training new team members on PCS assembly processes and techniques.
  13. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards colleagues, customers, and company.
  15. Follow all company guidelines and regulations related to confidentiality and data security.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Pcs Assembly: The Candidate Should Have Thorough Knowledge And Experience In Assembling Pcs (Programmable Control System) Components Such As Plcs, Hmis, And I/O Modules.

  • Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Technical Skills, Including The Ability To Read And Interpret Electrical Schematics And Wiring Diagrams, Use Hand And Power Tools, And Troubleshoot And Diagnose Assembly Issues.

  • Attention To Detail: A Strong Attention To Detail Is Essential For This Role, As The Pcs Assembler Will Be Responsible For Accurately Assembling And Testing Complex Electrical Systems.

  • Time Management: The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Efficiently And Manage Their Time Effectively To Meet Production Deadlines. This Requires The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Work Quickly Without Sacrificing Quality.
