  1. Prepare and set up painting equipment, including spray guns, paint mixers, and paint booths, according to company standards.
  2. Inspect products for imperfections and prepare them for painting by sanding, cleaning, and masking as needed.
  3. Apply paint to products using various techniques, including spraying, brushing, and rolling, to achieve desired finish and coverage.
  4. Ensure proper adhesion and coverage by following paint application specifications and performing quality checks.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with paint equipment or materials, and report any major problems to the supervisor.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and disposal of paints and solvents.
  7. Monitor paint inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure continuous production.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
  9. Follow all safety protocols and regulations, including proper handling and use of hazardous materials.
  10. Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge of new paint techniques and technologies.
  11. Keep accurate records of paint usage, production output, and any quality issues for reporting purposes.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the painting department.
  13. Communicate effectively with the production team and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns related to paint quality or production.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Painting Techniques: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Painting Techniques, Including Spray Painting, Powder Coating, And Electroplating.

  • Knowledge Of Industrial Painting Equipment: A Strong Understanding Of Industrial Painting Equipment Such As Paint Mixers, Spray Guns, And Ovens Is Essential For This Role.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Paint Technician, You Will Be Responsible For Ensuring High-Quality Finishes On Products. Therefore, Attention To Detail And Precision In Work Is A Crucial Qualification.

  • Understanding Of Safety Procedures: The Candidate Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Safety Procedures And Protocols Related To Industrial Painting, Including Handling And Disposal Of Hazardous Materials.
