Apply paint and other coatings to automotive products using advanced techniques and equipment.
Ensure quality and consistency of paint application by following established procedures and standards.
Perform visual inspections and make any necessary touch-ups or adjustments to maintain a flawless finish.
Maintain and troubleshoot paint equipment to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime.
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Keep accurate records of paint usage, production data, and any issues encountered during the painting process.
Continuously strive to improve paint application techniques and processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Communicate any concerns or suggestions for improvement to the appropriate team members or supervisors.
