Process incoming orders in a timely and accurate manner, following company procedures and guidelines.
Communicate with clients to confirm order details and address any questions or concerns.
Maintain an organized and efficient order processing system, including accurate record-keeping and file management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Monitor order status and proactively identify and resolve any potential delays or issues.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any order-related problems.
Continuously review and improve order processing procedures to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to assist clients with their ordering decisions.
Prepare and distribute reports on order processing activities to management.
Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Job Qualifications

Proficiency In Order Processing Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle, To Accurately Enter And Track Orders.
Strong Attention To Detail And Accuracy To Ensure Orders Are Processed Correctly And On Time.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Internal Teams.
Ability To Prioritize And Manage A High Volume Of Orders, While Maintaining A High Level Of Organization.
Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes And Logistics To Support Efficient Order Processing And Fulfillment.
