Job Description

At Schneider Electric, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Offer Manager to join our team. As Offer Manager, you will be responsible for defining, launching, and monitoring our offers, products, and services. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to identify and analyze customer needs, develop strategies for pricing and services, and manage the delivery of our offers.In order to be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. You must also have a strong understanding of the industry and a demonstrated track record of successfully launching offers and products. Lastly, you must have an entrepreneurial mind-set and a passion for developing innovative strategies and solutions to meet customer needs.If you are a motivated individual with the necessary qualifications, we would love to have you join the Schneider Electric team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies for the launch and delivery of offers, products, and services.
  2. Analyze customer needs to inform pricing and service strategies.
  3. Manage the delivery of offers, products, and services.
  4. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Identify opportunities to develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors.
  7. Monitor and report on the performance of offers, products, and services.
  8. Create and update project plans to ensure successful product launches.
  9. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  10. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery.
