  1. Conduct research, design, and development of mechanical components and systems to support Schneider Electric's energy management and automation solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze project requirements and develop innovative solutions.
  3. Utilize advanced engineering tools and techniques to develop and validate designs and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  4. Prepare detailed technical specifications, drawings, and reports for new and existing products.

  10. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working in the lab or on-site.
  11. Mentor and train junior engineers and interns to support their professional development.
  12. Participate in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide updates, present findings, and make recommendations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Proficiency In Cad Software, Such As Solidworks Or Autocad

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Mechanical Design Or Product Development

  • Strong Understanding Of Mechanical Principles And Material Properties

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Mechanical Systems.
