  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize material usage and reduce waste within the organization.
  2. Analyze and evaluate current material processes and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for efficiency gains in material usage.
  4. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with material usage guidelines and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Create and maintain reports and metrics to track material productivity and cost savings.
  6. Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  7. Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to forecast material needs and ensure inventory levels are optimized.
  8. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives for materials without compromising quality.
  9. Train and educate team members on best practices for material productivity and waste reduction.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to material productivity to drive continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Material Management Or Supply Chain Management.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Lean Manufacturing Principles And Continuous Improvement Methodologies.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Ability To Use Erp Systems And Other Supply Chain Software.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
