As a Manufacturing Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through the development and execution of comprehensive test plans.   1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
  2. Conduct thorough testing of equipment and systems to identify any defects or malfunctions.
  3. Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements to manufacturing processes.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and production to identify and resolve any issues.
  5. Troubleshoot and debug technical problems and provide timely and effective solutions.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing activities and results.
  7. Continuously monitor and analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies to ensure our manufacturing processes are innovative and cutting-edge.
  9. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure they meet our quality standards and requirements.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members and provide technical support as needed.
  11. Adhere to all safety and quality standards and regulations.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on testing progress and any issues that arise.
  13. Participate in product design and development meetings to provide input and ensure manufacturability and testability of new products.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve testing procedures and protocols to ensure optimal efficiency and accuracy.
  15. Take initiative and propose new ideas and solutions to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Manufacturing Test Engineering, Preferably In The Electrical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Quality Control Methods.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Labview, Python, And C++.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Product Testing And Safety, Such As Ul, Csa, And Ce.
