Design and develop manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
Conduct thorough analysis of current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new manufacturing systems and processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation and operation of manufacturing systems.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for process optimization.
Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.
Train and mentor team members on new manufacturing systems and processes.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and implement new equipment and technology.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Communicate and present progress and results to management.
Develop and maintain documentation of all manufacturing systems and processes.
Participate in project planning and budgeting processes.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field, With A Focus On Manufacturing Systems.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably Within The Electrical Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Systems, Including Lean Manufacturing Principles And Automation Technologies.
Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
Familiarity With Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards Related To Manufacturing, Such As Iso 9001 And Osha Guidelines.
