  1. Oversee and manage all production processes on the third shift, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Lead and supervise a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
  3. Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet production targets and deadlines.
  4. Monitor and analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  5. Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they are familiar with company policies and procedures.
  6. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, enforcing safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety amongst all employees.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure seamless production processes and timely resolution of issues.
  8. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members to facilitate their growth and development.
  9. Communicate with upper management regarding production updates, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing and implement them as appropriate to enhance production processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Supervisory Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have Prior Experience In A Supervisory Position, Preferably In A Manufacturing Setting. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Ensure Production Targets Are Met.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Manufacturing Supervisor Must Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate Their Team. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Clear Instructions, And Address Any Issues That May Arise.

  • Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Equipment: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Manufacturing Processes And Equipment Used In The Industry. This Will Enable Them To Troubleshoot Any Issues And Make Informed Decisions To Optimize Production.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial In A Manufacturing Environment, And The Supervisor Must Be Able To Communicate Clearly And Effectively With Their Team, As Well As Other Departments And Management.

  • Attention To Detail: The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure Quality Control And Accuracy In The Production Process. This Includes Monitoring Production Metrics, Identifying Areas For Improvement, And Implementing Corrective Actions.
