  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production schedules, employee productivity, and product quality.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of production workers to meet production goals and ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the manufacturing process.
  4. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Train and mentor new and existing employees to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company standards.
  7. Maintain a strong focus on safety protocols and ensure all employees are following proper safety procedures.
  8. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to drive continuous improvement and individual growth.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to constantly improve production processes and stay ahead of the competition.
  10. Serve as a role model for professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to excellence in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field: A Manufacturing Supervisor At Schneider Electric Should Possess A Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field To Have A Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of The Manufacturing Process.

  • Previous Experience In A Supervisory Role: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role Within A Manufacturing Environment To Demonstrate Their Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Effectively.

  • Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles: Schneider Electric Values Efficiency And Continuous Improvement, So Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Lean Manufacturing Principles To Optimize Production Processes And Reduce Waste.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Supervisor, It Is Important To Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Diverse Team Of Employees.
