  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance.
  2. Lead a team of manufacturing staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure a high-performing and motivated workforce.
  3. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering and supply chain, to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of products.
  5. Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards and regulations.
  6. Ensure a safe working environment for all employees by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety training.
  7. Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  8. Maintain accurate production records and reports, providing regular updates to upper management on production metrics and goals.
  9. Identify and implement new technologies or processes to improve manufacturing processes and meet business objectives.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and stay competitive in the market.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Manufacturing Supervisor At Schneider Electric Must Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Production Workers.

  • Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Procedures, Including Lean Manufacturing Principles And Quality Control Methods.

  • Experience In A Supervisory Role: Previous Experience In A Supervisory Role Is Essential For This Position. The Right Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading A Team In A Manufacturing Environment.
