Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day production line operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
2. Develop and implement production processes and procedures in order to optimize the manufacturing process.
3. Monitor the performance of the production line and take corrective action when necessary.
4. Address any issues related to safety and health regulations and ensure that all production workers follow company policies and procedures.
5. Train and mentor production workers in proper techniques and processes.
6. Establish performance standards and evaluate production workers on their performance.
7. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
8. Prepare reports and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
9. Implement new technologies to enhance production efficiency and quality.
10. Maintain records of production activities and ensure timely delivery of orders.
