Job Description

Schneider Electric is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of quality control in our manufacturing facilities. As the Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and driving continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.   1. Develop and implement quality control standards and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality in manufacturing processes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain effective quality management systems.
  3. Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of quality control inspectors to ensure consistent and accurate execution of quality control procedures.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
  7. Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
  8. Analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to senior management.
  9. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees are knowledgeable about quality control procedures and standards.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality control to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
  11. Prepare and present reports on quality metrics and performance to senior management.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.
  13. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement quality control measures for new products.
  14. Monitor and manage the quality control budget to ensure cost-effective operations.
  15. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Management Within A Manufacturing Environment

  • Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems, Such As Iso 9001 And Six Sigma

  • Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Train A Team Of Quality Control Technicians
