Job Description

As a Manufacturing Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes are efficient, safe, and produce products of the highest quality.   1. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure the production of high-quality products.
  2. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  4. Train and mentor manufacturing staff on quality control processes and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and improve overall efficiency.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality control methods to implement best practices.
  8. Manage and maintain quality assurance documentation and records.
  9. Communicate quality goals and expectations to all levels of the organization.
  10. Monitor customer feedback and work to address any quality concerns or issues.
  11. Lead the investigation and resolution of customer complaints related to product quality.
  12. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
  13. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
  14. Prepare and present reports on quality performance to senior management.
  15. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure quality standards are met for new product launches.
  16. Participate in the review and approval of new or revised product specifications.
  17. Implement and maintain a quality management system to ensure consistent quality across all products.
  18. Work with external regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  19. Manage and train a team of quality control inspectors and technicians.
  20. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Quality Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have 5+ Years Of Experience In A Quality Management Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Environment. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Quality Systems, Processes, And Tools.

  • Knowledge Of Iso Standards: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Iso 9001 And Iso 14001 Standards, As Well As Other Relevant Quality Standards And Regulations. They Should Have Experience Implementing And Maintaining These Standards Within A Manufacturing Setting.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: A Manufacturing Quality Manager Should Have Strong Analytical Skills To Identify Trends, Perform Root Cause Analysis, And Implement Corrective And Preventive Actions. They Should Also Be Able To Analyze Data To Make Informed Decisions And Drive Continuous Improvement.

  • Leadership And Team Management: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Manage A Team Of Quality Engineers And Technicians. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Coaching And Developing Team Members, As Well As Fostering A Culture Of Quality And Continuous Improvement.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: A Manufacturing Quality Manager Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams, Suppliers, And Customers. They Should Also Be Able To Collaborate With Different Departments To Ensure Quality Standards Are Met And Maintained Throughout The Manufacturing Process.
