Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for our manufacturing processes.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Train and educate manufacturing staff on quality control processes and standards.
Maintain and update quality documentation and records.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve efficiency without compromising on quality.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in quality control methods.
Communicate and report quality metrics and trends to management.
Participate in new product development and provide input for design improvements to ensure optimal quality.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality materials are used in the manufacturing process.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
Act as a quality liaison between manufacturing and other departments to facilitate continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Quality Engineering In A Manufacturing Environment.
Knowledge Of Quality Standards And Processes Such As Iso 9001 And Six Sigma.
Proficiency In Quality Tools And Techniques Such As Statistical Process Control And Root Cause Analysis.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Different Teams And Departments.
