  1. Oversee the production cell and ensure all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Lead and manage a team of production operators, providing guidance, direction, and support as needed.
  3. Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to increase productivity and efficiency.
  4. Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed by the production team.
