Oversee the production cell and ensure all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Lead and manage a team of production operators, providing guidance, direction, and support as needed.
Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to increase productivity and efficiency.
Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed by the production team.
Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to ensure that production meets all specifications and standards.
Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure that all necessary materials and supplies are available for production.
Communicate with management about production status, issues, and potential solutions.

Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and serviced.

Job Qualifications

Experience In Manufacturing: The Ideal Candidate For A Manufacturing Production Cell Lead Job At Schneider Electric Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment.
