As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will play a critical role in leading and coordinating the production activities within our production cell.   1. Lead and coordinate the production activities within the assigned production cell.
  2. Ensure that all production processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
  3. Monitor and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.
  4. Train and mentor production team members on production processes and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  6. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
  7. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  8. Conduct regular audits of production processes and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  9. Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components for production.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
  11. Identify training and development needs for production team members and work with management to implement appropriate training programs.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the production cell.
  13. Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  14. Create and maintain production reports, including production metrics and KPIs, to track and communicate performance.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the production cell and across departments.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In A Production Or Manufacturing Environment, With A Minimum Of 3-5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Production Processes And Equipment, Including Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team.

  • Proficiency In Lean Manufacturing Principles And Practices, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Driving Operational Efficiencies.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Adapt To Changing Production Demands.
