  1. Conduct thorough and detailed mechanical inspections of manufactured products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  2. Utilize various precision measurement tools and equipment to accurately assess product dimensions and tolerances.
  3. Identify and document any defects or deviations from specifications and work with the production team to address and resolve them.
  4. Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate records of all inspections conducted.
  5. Communicate inspection results and findings to relevant team members and management.
  6. Work closely with the production team to identify and troubleshoot any potential manufacturing issues that may affect product quality.
  7. Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure consistent and reliable inspection results.
  8. Continuously monitor and improve inspection processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing inspections.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices for mechanical inspection.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to the role.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Schneider Electric positively to external stakeholders.
  14. Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Manufacturing Processes Such As Machining, Assembly, And Welding, As Well As The Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Specifications.

  • Quality Assurance Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance, Preferably In A Manufacturing Environment. They Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Quality Control Principles And Techniques, As Well As Experience With Inspection Tools And Equipment.

  • Attention To Detail: A Manufacturing Mechanical Inspector Must Have Exceptional Attention To Detail To Ensure That All Products Meet Quality Standards And Specifications. They Should Be Able To Identify And Document Any Defects Or Deviations From Standards Accurately.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial In This Role As The Inspector Will Need To Work Closely With Production Teams, Engineers, And Other Stakeholders To Troubleshoot Issues And Provide Feedback. The Ability To Communicate Technical Information Clearly And Concisely Is Essential.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Standards: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Relevant Regulatory Standards And Requirements, Such As Iso 9001 And As9100. They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry-Specific Regulations And Standards Related To The Products Being Manufactured By Schneider Electric.
