Develop and implement manufacturing processes that are efficient, cost-effective, and adhere to quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Conduct product and process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Identify and implement new technologies and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production processes.
Train and mentor production staff on new processes and equipment.
Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process flow charts.
Lead and participate in lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and improve overall efficiency.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and components.
Stay current on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.
Adhere to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on projects and progress.
Maintain accurate and organized records of production processes, improvements, and changes.
Participate in project planning and budgeting activities.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role, Preferably In A Similar Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes, Including Lean Principles And Continuous Improvement Methodologies.
Proficiency In Cad/Cam Software And Experience With Computer-Aided Manufacturing (Cam) Systems.
Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Information.
