  1. Develop and implement efficient and effective manufacturing processes to ensure high quality and timely production of our products.
  2. Conduct regular analysis and evaluations of manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies and processes to optimize manufacturing operations.
  4. Create and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, procedures, and guidelines.
  5. Monitor production metrics and performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts to resolve production issues and prevent future occurrences.
  7. Train and mentor production personnel on new processes and technologies to ensure consistent and high-quality production output.
  8. Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to source and qualify new materials and suppliers.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards in the manufacturing process.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices to continuously improve manufacturing processes.
  11. Contribute to the development and implementation of new product designs, providing input on manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
  12. Support continuous improvement initiatives by participating in cross-functional teams and implementing lean manufacturing principles.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of ethics and integrity.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role

  • Strong Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Techniques

  • Proficient In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Manufacturing Process Simulation Tools

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
