- Develop and implement efficient and effective manufacturing processes to ensure high quality and timely production of our products.
- Conduct regular analysis and evaluations of manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies and processes to optimize manufacturing operations.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, procedures, and guidelines.
- Monitor production metrics and performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts to resolve production issues and prevent future occurrences.
- Train and mentor production personnel on new processes and technologies to ensure consistent and high-quality production output.
- Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to source and qualify new materials and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards in the manufacturing process.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices to continuously improve manufacturing processes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new product designs, providing input on manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by participating in cross-functional teams and implementing lean manufacturing principles.

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role
Strong Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Techniques
Proficient In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Manufacturing Process Simulation Tools
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
