- Serve as a subject matter expert on Manhattan Active Warehouse Management Solution (WMS) and provide guidance and support to customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and design tailored solutions using Manhattan WMS.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer supply chain operations and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement warehouse management strategies and processes utilizing Manhattan WMS to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in warehouse management solutions, and proactively suggest innovative ideas to enhance our offerings.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to Manhattan WMS, and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Train and educate internal teams and customers on the features and functionality of Manhattan WMS, and provide ongoing support and assistance as needed.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of Manhattan WMS to identify any system issues or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support the development of proposals and presentations.
- Uphold the company's values and commitment to sustainability by promoting energy-efficient solutions in all aspects of the job.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Implementing And Managing Manhattan Active Warehouse Management Solutions.
Advanced Knowledge Of Warehouse Operations, Processes, And Best Practices.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Customized Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
