- Develop and implement global procurement strategies in line with the company's objectives and goals.
- Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensure procurement processes are aligned.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best terms and pricing for the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform procurement decisions and strategies.
- Lead and oversee the procurement process from sourcing to contract execution.
- Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Provide regular reports and updates on procurement performance to senior management.
- Train and mentor junior procurement analysts to support their professional growth and development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to drive cost savings and efficiency.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of procurement expenses.
- Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with suppliers and other external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on regulations and laws related to procurement to ensure compliance.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the procurement team.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Schneider Electric, promoting the company's values and mission.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, With A Focus On Global Operations.
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Using Tools Such As Excel And Tableau.
Experience With Strategic Sourcing And Procurement Strategies, As Well As Knowledge Of Global Market Trends And Regulations.
