Lead a team: Manage and guide a team of professionals to ensure successful delivery of BMS projects.
Design and implementation: Oversee the design and implementation of BMS projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and are completed on time and within budget.
Technical expertise: Utilize your strong technical background in BMS Revit/AutoCAD to provide guidance and support to the team and ensure the accuracy and quality of project designs.
Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and progress.
Leadership: Lead by example, motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best performance, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Project management: Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
Problem-solving: Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the project and develop solutions to keep the project on track.
Quality control: Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and consistency of project designs.
Stay updated: Stay updated with the latest advancements in BMS Revit/AutoCAD and industry trends to ensure the team is using the most efficient and effective techniques.
Drive success: Demonstrate a strong drive for success and take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and growth within the BMS department.

Job Qualifications

Strong Knowledge Of Bms Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Building Management Systems (Bms) And Their Integration With Other Systems. They Should Have Experience With Schneider Electric's Bms Solutions, Including Ecostruxure Building Operation.
Proficient In Revit And Autocad: The Manager Should Have Expert-Level Proficiency In Both Revit And Autocad Software. They Should Have Experience Designing, Modeling, And Drafting Building Systems And Layouts Using These Programs.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Manager, The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience Leading And Managing A Team Of Designers And Engineers. They Should Possess Strong Communication, Delegation, And Conflict Resolution Skills To Effectively Manage The Team And Ensure Successful Project Completion.
Project Management Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Bms Projects From Start To Finish. This Includes Creating Project Plans, Setting Timelines, Managing Budgets, And Ensuring Quality Deliverables.
Relevant Education And Certifications: A Degree In Engineering, Architecture, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Position. In Addition, Certifications In Bms Systems, Revit, And Autocad Are Highly Desirable And May Be Required By Some Employers. The Candidate Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Codes Related To Building Systems And Operations.
