- Lead and manage localization projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery within budget and scope.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that project objectives are aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliverables, and ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify localization strategies and opportunities for new markets.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality localization services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements for each market.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to localization processes and project management.
- Support the development and implementation of localization strategies to drive business growth and expansion in new markets.
- Mentor and train team members on localization project management processes and procedures.

Proficiency In Multiple Languages: As A Localization Project Leader At Schneider Electric, The Candidate Must Possess A High Level Of Proficiency In At Least Two Languages In Addition To English. This Is Necessary For Effectively Communicating With Different Stakeholders And Overseeing The Translation Process.
