In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration of data from various sources to drive business insights and inform decision-making processes. Develop and implement data integration strategies to effectively and efficiently bring together data from various sources.
Manage and lead a team of data integration specialists to ensure successful execution of integration projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data integration needs and requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the data integration process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data integration techniques and technologies.
Develop and maintain documentation for data integration processes and procedures.
Ensure data quality and integrity is maintained throughout the integration process.
Communicate and present data integration findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Identify areas for improvement in data integration processes and make recommendations for enhancements.
Develop and maintain relationships with external data providers and vendors.
Train and mentor team members on data integration best practices.
Monitor and manage data integration timelines and budgets.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to data integration.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integration processes align with company's overall data architecture and security standards.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Data Integration: The Ideal Candidate For A Lead - Data Integrations Job At Schneider Electric Should Have A Strong Background In Data Integration, With At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working On Complex Integration Projects.
Proficiency In Etl Tools: The Lead - Data Integrations Role At Schneider Electric Requires Proficiency In Etl (Extract, Transform, Load) Tools Such As Informatica, Talend, Or Ibm Datastage. Candidates Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Data Mapping, Transformation, And Validation Processes.
Knowledge Of Databases And Data Warehousing: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Different Database Systems, Data Warehousing Concepts, And Data Management Best Practices. Experience With Oracle, Sql Server, Or Other Relational Databases Is Preferred.
Technical Expertise: The Lead - Data Integrations Role Requires Strong Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sql, Python, Or Java. The Candidate Should Also Have Experience With Apis, File Transfer Protocols, And Cloud-Based Integration Platforms.
Project Management Skills: As A Lead - Data Integrations, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Integration Projects From Start To Finish. Therefore, Excellent Project Management Skills, Including Planning, Organizing, And Monitoring, Are Essential For This Role. Experience With Agile Or Scrum Methodologies Is A Plus.
