Develop and maintain the Kronos Dimensions platform to ensure its continued functionality and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Design, code, and test new features and enhancements for the Kronos Dimensions platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Kronos Dimensions platform.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Kronos Dimensions development.
Continuously improve the performance and scalability of the Kronos Dimensions platform.
Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and assist with their professional development.
Conduct regular testing and quality assurance checks to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the Kronos Dimensions platform.
Maintain documentation for all Kronos Dimensions development processes and updates.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of development processes.
Stay informed of new Kronos Dimensions features and updates and make recommendations for implementation.
Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to integrate their technologies with the Kronos Dimensions platform.
Uphold Schneider Electric's values and commitment to sustainability and efficiency in all aspects of the job.
Keep track of project timelines and communicate progress and potential roadblocks to relevant stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Kronos Dimensions Solutions
Strong Knowledge Of Kronos Dimensions Architecture And Functionality
Experience With Programming Languages Such As Java, Javascript, And Sql
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues Within Kronos Dimensions.
