Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential key accounts.
  2. Analyze customer needs and develop customized solutions.
  3. Monitor customer trends and provide feedback to the sales team.
  4. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
  5. Negotiate contracts with customers and ensure compliance.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  7. Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance.
  8. Monitor market trends and competition to identify areas of improvement.
  9. Utilize CRM software to track customer activity and sales performance.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
