  1. Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures for the North America Global Supply Chain team in compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  2. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing internal controls to identify potential risks and inefficiencies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of internal controls to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Train and educate team members on internal control policies and procedures to promote a culture of compliance and risk management.
  6. Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management and work with them to develop action plans.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure continuous compliance and make recommendations for process improvements.
  9. Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on the organization.
  10. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with external requirements.
  11. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to implement new processes and controls.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on internal controls and provide guidance and support to team members.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of internal control processes and procedures.
  14. Continuously monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal controls to management.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Internal Controls Or Audit

  • Knowledge Of Us Gaap And Sox Compliance

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
