  1. Develop and implement strategic business plans to increase market presence and drive sales for instrumentation products.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas and develop targeted sales strategies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities.
  5. Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to stay current on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

  7. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Schneider Electric's instrumentation products and services.
  8. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.
  9. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their business development skills and knowledge of the instrumentation industry.
  12. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values and brand at all times.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all business activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering: A Degree In Engineering, Preferably In A Relevant Field Such As Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering, Is Essential For This Role As It Provides A Strong Foundation In Technical Knowledge And Principles.

  • Previous Experience In Business Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Business Development Role, Preferably In The Instrumentation Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Identify New Opportunities, Build Relationships, And Drive Sales Growth.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Business Development Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Clients, Partners, And Stakeholders. Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Therefore Crucial For Success In This Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Instrumentation Products And Solutions: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Instrumentation Products And Solutions, As Well As Industry Trends And Developments. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Promote And Sell Schneider Electric's Products And Solutions To Potential Clients.
