Job Description

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Installed Base Solution Expert to join our team! The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing innovative solutions to our customers while driving our company to success. This role requires a highly motivated self-starter who is comfortable working independently and as part of a global team. The successful individual must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an installed base solution expert and a proven track record of delivering successful solutions. The successful candidate should be a confident communicator, experienced in developing and managing relationships with customers and stakeholders, and have a strong knowledge of Schneider Electric’s installed base solutions. The Installed Base Solution Expert will need to have excellent problem-solving skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative solutions for Schneider Electric's installed base solutions
Drive successful outcomes for Schneider Electric's customers and stakeholders
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues
Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
Proactively identify customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
Monitor and review customer feedback to ensure solutions are meeting customer requirements
Lead projects related to Schneider Electric's installed base solutions
Create and manage project timelines and budgets
Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement in installed base solutions
