Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced, innovative and passionate Industrial Marketing Director. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the industrial marketing strategy and initiatives for the company. We are looking for an individual who is creative, detail-oriented and has a strong understanding of the industrial market. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field, as well as 8+ years of experience in industrial marketing, product management, business development or related fields. Responsibilities:

Develop an effective industrial marketing strategy and initiatives.
Oversee product management, business development, and other related activities.
Track and analyze market trends and customer needs.
Develop effective campaigns to promote products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of strategies.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure organizational objectives are met.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategy accordingly.
Remain up to date on industry trends and best practices.
Create and manage budget for marketing initiatives.
Develop and implement analytics tools to measure effectiveness of campaigns.
