Job Description

Schneider Electric is looking for an experienced and strategic Industrial Marketing Director to join the team. The successful candidate will have a passion for driving growth and achieving results, with a proven track record of delivering successful customer and marketing solutions. We are looking for an individual with a deep understanding of the industrial market, who can develop and execute innovative strategies that will increase the reach and visibility of our brand and products.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in industrial marketing, with strong communication and project management skills. They should have a proven track record in developing and executing effective marketing plans, and be able to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. In addition, the successful candidate will have a good understanding of digital marketing tools, and be comfortable creating content and managing campaigns. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative strategies to increase the reach and visibility of Schneider Electric's brand and products.
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns.
Develop and execute effective marketing plans.
Manage projects and ensure successful completion.
Create content and think creatively to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Monitor and report on the success of campaigns and initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals.
Foster relationships with key stakeholders.
