- Conduct regular analysis of identity and access management processes to identify any potential security vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with various teams within the company to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for identity and access management systems and tools.
- Develop and maintain documentation for identity and access management processes and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze system logs and alerts to identify potential security incidents.
- Assist in the implementation of new identity and access management tools and technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in identity and access management.
- Conduct regular user access reviews and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper access levels are maintained.
- Communicate with employees and stakeholders to provide guidance and support for identity and access management processes.
- Continuously assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the identity and access management processes.
- Train employees on proper identity and access management procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure the security of shared systems and data.
- Participate in disaster recovery and incident response planning related to identity and access management.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information and company data.
- Act as a subject matter expert on identity and access management for the company.
Strong Understanding Of Identity And Access Management (Iam) Principles And Best Practices.
Experience With Iam Tools And Technologies, Such As Active Directory, Azure Ad, And Identity Governance Solutions.
Knowledge Of Security Protocols And Standards, Including Saml, Oauth, And Ldap.
Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Iam Issues, Including User Access And Authentication Problems.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
