  1. Develop and maintain IAM Federation strategies, policies, and procedures in line with industry best practices and company standards.
  2. Monitor and analyze IAM Federation systems to ensure security and efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IAM Federations.
  4. Conduct regular audits and assessments of IAM Federation systems to identify and address any potential vulnerabilities or risks.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to IAM Federations and provide timely support to end users.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in IAM technology.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and training to team members on IAM Federations.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation for IAM Federation processes, procedures, and configurations.
  9. Participate in project planning and implementation of new IAM Federation initiatives.
  10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to IAM Federations.
  11. Monitor and report on IAM Federation performance metrics to track and improve efficiency.
  12. Continuously assess and recommend improvements to IAM Federation processes and procedures.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to evaluate and implement new IAM Federation solutions.
  14. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure understanding and alignment on IAM Federation goals and objectives.
  15. Proactively identify and address potential risks and security threats to IAM Federations.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Iam (Identity And Access Management) Principles And Technologies, Including Saml, Oauth, And Openid Connect.

  • Experience With Implementing And Managing Federated Identity Solutions, Such As Active Directory Federation Services (Adfs) Or Pingfederate.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Iam, Such As Nist, Iso, And Gdpr.

  • Ability To Design And Implement Iam Solutions That Meet Business Requirements And Align With Corporate Security Policies.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Identify And Resolve Iam-Related Issues.
