
Human Resources Intern
Schneider Electric is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR, be extremely organized, and have strong communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, helping to ensure the smooth operation of HR-related activities. The successful candidate must have a degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a minimum of two years of experience in an HR-related role. You will need to be highly organized, have strong interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working with data. Additionally, you should be able to take initiative and work independently. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team by helping to facilitate a smooth operation of HR-related activities.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date data and records in the HR system.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of new employees.
- Help with recruitment and selection activities, such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff and external stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and advice to staff members on various HR-related topics.
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with the development of HR training materials and programs.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to HR activities.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
