  1. Act as a strategic partner to the Tijuana 1 location, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.
  2. Develop and implement HR initiatives and strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  3. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on a variety of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development.
  4. Conduct regular meetings with department heads to understand their needs and challenges, and work together to find solutions.
  5. Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies, and proactively identify and address any potential issues.
  6. Facilitate employee development and training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  7. Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and smooth experience for both the employee and the company.
  8. Act as a point of contact for employees, handling any HR-related inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Analyze HR data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.
  10. Collaborate with global HR teams to share best practices and drive consistency across the organization.
  11. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and promote a positive work culture.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR practices and processes.
  13. Represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events to attract top talent.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  15. Adhere to strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Hrbp Or Hr Generalist Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Labor Laws And Regulations In Mexico, Particularly In Tijuana.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies That Align With Business Objectives.
