- Act as a strategic partner to the Tijuana 1 location, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives and strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on a variety of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development.
- Conduct regular meetings with department heads to understand their needs and challenges, and work together to find solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies, and proactively identify and address any potential issues.
- Facilitate employee development and training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and smooth experience for both the employee and the company.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, handling any HR-related inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze HR data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to share best practices and drive consistency across the organization.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and promote a positive work culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR practices and processes.
- Represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Hrbp Or Hr Generalist Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Labor Laws And Regulations In Mexico, Particularly In Tijuana.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies That Align With Business Objectives.
