Job Description

Schneider Electric is looking for an experienced and passionate HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR leadership to ensure the effective delivery of HR services and initiatives. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, results-oriented and has a proven track record of success in HR management.The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, and a commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a closely related field, along with a minimum of five years of experience in HR management. In addition, the successful candidate should be knowledgeable about labor laws and regulations, as well as have expertise in performance management, employee relations, and recruitment. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic HR plans to meet the organization's short- and long-term objectives.
  2. Manage the recruitment process, including interviewing and selection of new staff, orienting and training, and performance management.
  3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and update policies and procedures accordingly.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  5. Oversee employee relations activities, such as employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
  6. Advise on and monitor all employee benefit programs.
  7. Analyze compensation and benefits data to ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages.
  8. Lead employee development and training initiatives.
  9. Monitor and report on HR metrics.
  10. Support other HR projects, initiatives, and programs as needed.
