We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Tijuana. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to our company's success. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about human resources. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a desire to learn and grow, we want you on our team!

  1. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  2. Help maintain and update employee records and databases.
  3. Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  4. Support the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.
  5. Assist in organizing company events, such as team building activities and employee recognition programs.
  6. Collaborate with the HR team to address employee relations issues and provide support in resolution.
  7. Conduct research and gather data on various HR topics, such as compensation and benefits.
  8. Help with the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications, such as newsletters and announcements.
  9. Learn and utilize HR software systems to assist with data entry and management.
  10. Contribute to the overall success of the HR department by taking on additional tasks and projects as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Hr Software.

  • Knowledge Of Local Labor Laws And Regulations.

  • Previous Internship Or Work Experience In Hr Or A Related Field Is Preferred.
